I was convinced in to logging back in and using Instagram again. It’s been almost 42 weeks since I’ve posted anything to it, but my friend convinced me to sign back in last week. I know what’s up her sleeve, she’s trying to slowly con me in to activating my Facebook page again

Two words that girls shouldn’t be afraid of when it comes to weight training–but first, I believe that lifting a manageable weight with proper form sets a foundation for future weight training. I’ve been teetering around the same weights at the gym and haven’t gone up significantly yet, but I do plan to get there. I’m quite proud of my numbers, but I know that I can be stronger.
Goals: to be reached by June!
Bench press: 8 reps x 85 lbs
Lat pull downs: 10 reps x 100 lbs
Pull ups: one wide gripped jump pull up
Squats: 10 reps x 130 lbs
Leg press: 10 reps x 270 lbs
Dead lift: 10 reps x bar + 50 lbs
These are by no means my limit. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it.
